Shipping
All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental 48 states.
For the majority of the items we sell, we will be using standard shipping methods. Some larger items or shipments might require the use of a Freight or “LTL” company. Below is an estimated idea of shipping times. Please be aware that severe weather and holiday seasons can delay these time frames.
Standard Shipping: We use UPS, FedEx or USPS, or other common carriers that provides insurance and tracking. Shipments often need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at the driver's discretion. Items using standard shipping have several speeds:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Curbside Delivery (Also called Freight or "LTL" Shipping): This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items. Items are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for shipment, and delivered by scheduled appointment by lift-gate for to-the-curb service. All items must be inspected for freight damage prior to the driver leaving. Shipment time is 7-10 business days.
Returns
Every so often, you may receive a purchase that you were not completely satisfied with or possibly arrived damaged. Below you will find the details of our return process as well as information on how to get replacements for damaged goods.
Merchandise may be returned up to 21 days from the date of receiving the order for a refund. All returns must be authorized in advance and must have a valid issued Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Landscape Light Experts does not charge any restock fee on all items returned with a valid RGA number. The merchandise must be shipped back at Buyer's expense. Installed items CANNOT be returned. Any returns sent back without a valid RGA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Refusal of product is not considered a return and a credit cannot be guaranteed. Returns made outside of our stated policy are subject to additional shipping and restocking fees depending on the supplier and situation. To avoid delays in issuing a credit to you, please provide us with return tracking information so that we may confirm the product has been returned to the manufacturer. Please note, refunds for returned products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
Please contact us at: 888-545-4837 to start the return process. We will issue an RGA and then you can ship the product back. Once it has been received and inspected, credit will be issued.
Damaged Shipments:
We will replace any defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. To request a replacement, please call 888-545-4837 so we can submit the request and get a replacement out to you.
